Training for all customer facing staff is essential - whether this be telephone support, virtual support, administration or face to face service. We will support your business to support your staff to understand what makes excellent customer service and how to provide it.

Each learner will be allocated a personal tutor who will work with them to build up a portfolio of evidence using assessment methods suited to the individual learner. This may include written tasks, verbal questioning, work products and observations which the assessor has completed of the learner in the workplace.

Qualifications

HABC Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) - this is suitable for learners who are new to studying or learners who want to undertake an introductory qualification. We would anticipate that this course should be completed within 6 months.

HABC Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) - this qualification provides an in depth look at the theory and practice of customer service. We would anticipate that this course should be completed within 12 months.

HABC Preparation to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) Level 4 (QCF) - this course is suitable for those who are considering a career in further education training or who are already teaching but need a relevant qualification.
