HABC Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF)
This qualification is suitable for learners wishing to improve their competency of customer service including how best to satisfy customers' expectations. It is designed for learners who deal with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments. Your tutor/assessor will work with you to build up a portfolio of evidence using work products, written evidence and observations from your workplace. The group cost is for up to 12 learners.
