Safeguarding Children and Young People
This 3 hour workshop gives you an introduction to child abuse, safeguarding a professional responsibilities or it is suitable as an update/refresher course. During the course we explore child protection and safeguarding, legislation, case studies, children in need, signs and symptoms, behaviours, responding to concerns, partnership working, information sharing, supporting children to protect themselves and safe systems to protect adults who work with children. The group price is for up to 20 learners.
