HABC Level 3 Award in HACCP for Catering (RQF)

This qualification is aimed at those responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of HACCP systems in a catering environment. It is suitable for learners who are already working in a catering who have knowledge of food safety, hazards and controls and also for those owning or managing smaller food businesses. These include understanding the importance of HACCP based food safety management procedures, the preliminary processes for HACCP based proceedures, how to develop HACCP based food safety management procedures and how to implement HACCP based food safety. This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice examination. This is a two day course and is assessed by a multiple choice exam. The group price is for up to 12 learners.
